Cancellation Policy

Consultation Policy for Mechee X: Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your consultation up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund. Rescheduling: If you cancel in less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will receive a credit to reschedule one time at your earliest convenience or for the next available opening. If the second one is miss there will be no reschedule or refund available. Missed Appointments: If you miss your consultation without prior notice or are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. However, you will receive a 50% discount on scheduling a new consultation. Mentorship & Package Consultations: For mentorship packages or bundled consultation packages, this policy applies to each individual consultation and does not affect any future scheduled appointments with in your package.
