Refund Policy for Therealmecheex.com

1. Introduction
Thank you for shopping with Therealmecheex.com. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for products purchased from our website. By making a purchase with us, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

2. No Refunds on Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including but not limited to online classes, downloadable content, and digital subscriptions, are final. Therealmecheex.com does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any digital products once the purchase has been completed.

3. Classes and Courses
Refunds for classes and courses are subject to the following conditions:

  • Live Classes: Refunds are not available once the class has started.

  • Non-Live Courses: Refunds are not available once you have been granted access to the course material.

4. Physical Products
For physical products, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of recieving item, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@therealmecheex.com  with your order number and reason for return.

5. Return Process
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds for Physical Products
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customercare@therealmecheex.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.

8. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to perishable goods, custom-made products, and any items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customercare@therealmecheex.com.
